Assistant Site Manager
Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new housing project in Bridgend.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction of new housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organising, and managing site operations.
- Oversee day-to-day site duties, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with contractors.
- Monitor quality control measures, conduct inspections, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure contractors follow health and safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and provide guidance on safe work practices.
About You:
- Previous project management experience in the housing sector
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes of practice
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid
