Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on a large construction project based in the Cardiff area. The successful candidate will be working alongside Senior Management on site providing financial support & secretarial / administrative duties. Key responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in managing the site's petty cash, bookkeeping, maintaining the expenses ledger, raising and managing purchase orders and collaborating with the accountant to approve invoices. Maintain the purchase ledger for the construction site, ensuring accurate recording of invoices, matching them to purchase orders and delivery notes, and timely processing of payments. Assist in managing various administrative and HR-related tasks associated with the construction site. This includes documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of HR-related matters in compliance with company policies. Comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of the construction site. This includes maintaining records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. You will need to have advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to create reports, manage data, and generate documents efficiently.
