Job Purpose: Responsible for ensuring line and level control on the project and quality compliance. Supporting the operations team in delivering quality, environmental and health & safety processes whilst maintaining the critical path programme. Key Tasks: Be involved with the design process and procurement of subcontractors for the external works, façade and internal fit out. Update and monitor the works programme for the area of responsibility, reporting promptly to the Project Manager any problems which may lead to time delays against works programme Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the design staff and subcontractors Manage the QVF file (quality plan of every subcontractor) and ensure work inspection records are done in compliance with it. They are looking to bring in a Contracts Manager that has experience within the house building sector.
